Precious Lives, created by 371 Productions, is a two-year, 100-part radio and podcast series about young people and gun violence — homicide, suicide, accidental death and the impact on family and community. Episodes, interviews, and articles are created in collaboration with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, WUWM, WNOV, and the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism.
The stories are engaging, intimate, and illuminating — giving voice to many people not represented in mainstream media, creating sustained attention to this persistent problem and showcasing solutions many in our community don't know about.
